Applying IT Concepts in the Real World

I was talking to the parent of one of my students a few weeks ago. Her son is starting his third year of classes with me and I had his older brother in class before he started elementary school. She was very excited to tell me a story about her older son. She said when Seth started kindergarten his teacher was very impressed with his technology skills. Seth's mom told her about the Imagine Tomorrow classes that she had enrolled Seth in at his preschool. The teacher told her that she was on the school district's website and was having trouble navigating her way around. Seth saw that his teacher was having a difficult time and was able to help her find what she was looking for. I was so proud of Seth and so happy to hear that Seth was able to apply the concepts he was taught in Imagine Tomorrow classes in a real world setting.
