Now I know where the children learned that!
We recently heard this comment during a Summer camp from a new teacher at a La Petite school where we offer classes throughout the year. As she was observing the camp and listening to the children, she said "now I know where the children learned that!" She was referring to the children talking to her, throughout the weeks prior to our camp, about not only the words, but the functions of microchips, mega bytes, and GPS maps, as well as, home row, and "X to close". These are just a few of the real technology terms and computer functions that the children learn while participating in the Imagine Tomorrow Computer Enrichment Classes offered throughout the country. The program is infused with the early literacy skills needed for Kindergarten and 1st grade too. It's just so great to hear that kind of feedback from the grown ups that work with our students. These young 3-7 year old children are really learning and absorbing great academic and technical skills for their futures! Becky, Techi-Tots, Inc.
