Young Storytellers
I have an 8 year old daughter and 7 year old son who took Imagine Tomorrow classes for years. They love all of the characters and places in the world of Imagine Tomorrow, and the other day I overheard them talking and making up their own mission. They tried to decide where their story should take place... Microchip Mountain? Laptop Lagoon? Internet Island? My daughter wanted the entire story to revolve around an upcoming holiday, and her brother agreed. They talked about what the problem would be (something silly), and then they came up with steps to solve that problem. When they liked what they had created, they finally presented their story to me in their own words and a few cute sketches on paper. It's so great to see how Imagine Tomorrow really inspires them be creative problem solvers!
